Don't bother with this company and don't book online. Tried 4 separate times to meet with an accountant. The first three times were rescheduled due to staffing issues. When I showed up for my 4th appointment they said I only booked online and not with an accountant Front desk staff was also rude and on her phone and uninterested in helping at all.

Would rate at 0 stars if I could. I booked an appointment only to be called the day of my appointment and told they were all booked and I would need to reschedule. They told me someone in their office failed to do their job and that now I needed to reschedule even though I had a booked and confirmed appointment. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS OFFICE! Book anywhere else.

Frustrating experience from start to finish. Scheduled an in-person meeting with a tax-pro, get a call the night before the meeting saying they can no longer meet me with me but I can still come drop off documents. Sure, whatever, same end. Drop off the docs, hear nothing back for close to a week. Tax deadline rolls around and no one has returned any of my calls at this point, requiring me to go in person to ask what the heck is going on. The person who was assigned to my return just...didn't do it. So they helped me file an extension, set up another call for the following Monday. Never got the call on Monday, had to call the office myself. Finally get someone on the line, they tell me they're working on it now and they'll call me back again (at their convenience, not mine). Repeatedly I've had to push this along, with no information or feedback from them. Stressful experience to say the least, I would not trust this location again and plan to take my business elsewhere going forward. I'd caution all others not to use this place.

My experience hinges on Monita Lam. She is the best. I go to H&R because she remains working there. She is professional and quick. Personable and friendly. She is too busy to take new clients I should mention. She's the best. Front desk was also helpful.

Michel Pierre was the best ! Always double checked all of my information was entered correctly and was very personable. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood the process from beginning to end. He asked me all the necessary questions and got me everything I needed. I appreciate him very much. He was also very accommodating with my appointment time even though I arrived late and got everything done for me at once.
