This team is a cheat code to doing your taxes… not just the best way, but also the right way. They don’t leave a single stone unturned, communicate well, and are very timely. If Google would allow you to leave zero stars, I would. Dimitri and his team are impossible to reach not to mention unprofessional. Dimitri literally does NOT answer any emails and the only employee you hear from is a remote support person. Like others have described here, I too submitted all my tax documents and proceeded to hear nothing despite multiple calls and emails. 90 days and one filing extension later, they STILL had done nothing. I requested a refund, which they said they would send via check. That was over a month ago and I have receiving nothing. I really don't understand how a company like this can even stay in business. Save yourself time and aggravation and go elsewhere!
