I received less than the usual politeness from staff. While the reception and greeter was polite, the tax preparer was less convivial than he has been in past years, by that I mean abrupt and terse. I would have liked to discuss what I could do to limit my tax burden, but was encouraged to just sign and finish quickly. Once he was interested in helping me. I don't feel this is true any more.

Told you I wanted refund anticipation loan 3 times and you did not apply for the money. You also, were supposed to ask me if I wanted to receive a RAL and failed to do so. Really put me in a bind as I look forward to it every year.
