I fully regret giving this place a chance. We only lasted less than 10 minutes with my 7yr old bc the skates were extremely uncomfortable and painful. The skating rink floor was bumpy as hell, venue was overcrowded, there's staff in the rink rushing you to skate, and overall waste of time/money. Tried talking to the owner because i know she seen we just came in when we asked if she would do a refund she offered passes even though all of the skates were worn down and floors are unsafe. Not sure why free passes would be considered a resolution.

Went in a circle 20 times and only fell over twice 👍

I am VERY DISSATISFIED with this FAMILY owned establishment. If family meant anything to you, as a whole, then why is the skating rink going to only accommodating HUMBLE ISD SPRING BREAK? I guess the family of HOUSTON ISD, GALENA PARK ISD, SHELDON ISD, NEW CANEY ISD and other surrounding school districts don’t matter. We (OTHER ISD PARENTS) support your establishment also. It is very distasteful for you to close your doors on other FAMILIES. I drive over 15 miles to visit your establishment and this is the appreciation that you give to your surrounding families. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK👎🏽
