Ginna was easy to work with and very professional. I live out of the area, and she was a great resource for my client who needed her service. I was able to coordinate and pay her digitally, securely.

Ginna was great to work with in getting our documents notarized at the last minute. Our daughter was traveling out of the country with her grandparents and we didn’t realize we needed a notarized travel consent letter for her until the night before she was leaving. We rushed around looking for a notary public but most were already closed for the day. Luckily, we found Hummingbird Notary! We were able to make an appointment with Ginna right away and the best part was she was only a mile down the road from us. She was very professional and got everything taken care of for us pretty quickly. Thank you, Ginna!

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing Hummingbird Notary Services and was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism and convenience offered. Not only do I highly recommend her services as a Notary Public, her willingness to travel adds an element of accessibility that is hard to come by. Her approach was thorough and efficient, ensuring that all necessary documentation was completed with care and precision. This level of service stood in stark contrast to my experience at the UPS store in Orinda, or Alamo, where a Notary Public was unavailable at 9 a.m. In contrast, Hummingbird Notary Services made the process seamless, providing a solution that was both timely and convenient. The ease with which she handled the notarization process demonstrated a clear commitment to craft and customer satisfaction, and I can confidently say that she exceeded my expectations. In sum, Hummingbird Notary Services offers a blend of professionalism, efficiency, and flexibility that makes her a standout choice in the field.
