Hunter Pet Motel and the staff are amazing. Our little girl recently stayed for a week,she had the best time and was happy. We opted to pay extra to receive photos daily and we would do it again, getting the photos put a smile on our face and gave us comfort knowing she was happy. We highly recommend Hunter Pet Motel and it's the only place we will ever leave our girl as we know she is taken care of and she is happy being there

I can’t thank Hunter Valley Pet Motel enough for their care of Fern (14 years old). Fern’s last kennel experience left her cowering and shaking in a corner when I went to collect her. What a contrast. Fern was racing between the wonderful carers, wagging tail and saying a doggy “thank you.” She had been bathed and brushed and looked amazing. She settled down with me immediately and was a very happy dog. The care , efficiency and kindness of the staff there was excellent. Highly recommend to all dog owners.

Harlequin had the best time here. The staff were very accommodating and the facilities were great. Harlequin is my world they understood this and treated her so well. Thank you and I'll definitely be using them again.

Stella attending the pet motel for the first time over the last week. From what we were told she had a great time, met a doggy friend, loved the rain and sun and ate all her food. Stella will be back next time we travel :)

Our Hershey stayed here for 5 nights 6 days and had a ball there, really well looked after, staff are great !! We received photos every day giving us piece of mind know he was cared for while we were on our holiday, will be using them everytime 😊
