Jim from Hurlburt Heating & Plumbing is phenomenal! With 43 years of plumbing experience, his expertise is truly evident. He was not only efficient and thorough in diagnosing my situation, but also took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Thankfully, my issue wasn’t complex, but I greatly appreciated the education and practical tips he shared—especially on how to keep my p-traps running smoothly. Jim’s communication was excellent, and his professionalism and knowledge gave me complete confidence. I would not hesitate to use Hurlburt again and will request Jim by name in the future.

I was very impressed with Tim M. The technician you performed the water heater installation and his team! He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough from start to finish. Mike, the plumbing manager at Hurlburt was also very helpful. I recommend their service

Ryu Y was extremely thorough and polite. He came on a cold and rainy day and had to do the testing outside in terrible weather. He explained everything clearly regarding my air conditioner and I felt no pressure to fix what wasn't broken (as he explained). Highly recommend this company and this technician. Second review for installers and my salesperson. Jordan was thorough and wonderful to work with. My installers, Evan and Pao were professional and efficient and took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend this company!
