Steve Was awesome. Polite and Professional. He Came to our rescue on the day we needed him, squeezed us in. Did beautiful work, explained everything before and after the project. He also reached out to another professional we were working with to make sure he understood the job. Also incredibly efficient. We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Kelly Plumbing with the installation of a new hot water heater. We called the office late in the afternoon, and Hannah was incredibly helpful and able to schedule a plumber to come over the very next morning. Nick arrived on time and was courteous, friendly and very professional. He did a great job with the installation and also cleaned up the work space, instructed us on how to use the new heater and answered all our questions. We are very satisfied with our experience with Kelly Plumbing. We had our water heater replaced. Nick our plumber was very thoughtful- he lined our stairway with drop cloths to protect our carpet, cleaned up any debris or spills, and always removed his shoes when walking through our home. The installation went smoothly, Nick explained the operation of the new unit, and we are so grateful to have hot water again! We will absolutely use Kelly Plumbing in the future.
