Knowledgeable staff guided me through a InBody scan and I learned a ton about my body. The facilities are well appointed as well. I recommend taking advantage of the scan for insights into planning for a long-term health and wellness program.

An update for 2025: I've been working out with Julie Hamilton for the past year and a half or so. I genuinely look forward to my workouts, and so appreciate Julie's expertise! Julie truly cares about her clients - their physical, mental, and emotional health. Whatever I'm dealing with, she offers support and positive encouragement, celebrating every win, big or small. She encourages me in between our scheduled workouts to get in a walk or other workout when possible. We discuss nutrition, any physical challenges I'm having, or just general stress from life, and Julie is a compassionate listener. She finds ways to deal with my limitations so that I still have challenging workouts. Julie is a truly wonderful and caring human being, and I'm so grateful that she's my personal trainer. Her comprehensive, client-centered approach is what makes her such an amazing personal trainer. She clearly loves her work, and it shows! Everyone is super welcoming, helpful, encouraging and supportive - from owners Jeremy and Lee to my trainer Kristina Lucka to acupuncturist Adam Gawlak to nutritionist Elana Witt. It's not a big noisy gym with a ton of machines and TV sets. It's a safe, clean, comfortable place to make the most of your time dedicated to a workout designed just for you! Not only that, but they provide relevant, interesting content in their weekly emails about health and fitness-related topics. I'm just a few months into a return to strength training after years of just doing occasional cardio and then investing in a Peloton bike (which I still love). There's nothing like the personal attention and experience of working out with a trainer who is so focused on seeing you reach your goals. Kristina is very knowledgable about body mechanics, strength training and Pilates, and I always leave the gym feeling energized and better than when I arrived. My workouts are challenging and fun. I appreciate everyone at Hyatt Training for being so incredibly motivating and helpful to me!

This place is special! Jeremy, the owner, and my personal trainer, Sydney, came along side me when I was at my weakest point, emotionally and physically, and helped me transform my life. The care and attention they gave to me and my body, which has many health issues, made me feel empowered and I am such a better person today for it.
