I expedite freight in a 2022 2500 sprinter van...I pulled this group off of the internet. I had a code come up on my dash..they said my exhaust was clogged...they didnt know I just had it replaced for 6 grand..this place knows nothing about sprinter vans...charged me 240 bucks to tell me my exhaust was clogged....what a joke this place is....SPRINTER VAN OWNERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MERCEDES

Everyone was nice and communicated well, all of the repairs were explained and documented. I would definitely recommend this service shop. Update 2026: I’ve been coming to 1-70 auto services since 2024 and recently need to get some work done on my vehicle. As with all my previous interactions with the team they have been straight forward, detailed, and have communicated with me through every step of the process. Kendra and Sam in the front office took the time to answer any questions I had with the proposed work and invoice. The mechanic that did the work on my vehicle also did a really good to address my concerns. I’ve had my car back for a week at this point and so far everything seems to running as it should. I would highly recommend that you give I-70 Auto Service a chance!

02/2026-First thing Friday morning, my car was not registering that my key was in the ignition. The dealer (Mercedes) could not get me in for a diagnosis until the next Tuesday. I spoke with Sam and he got me in that day and had the diagnosis and parts ordered before the day ended. As soon as the parts arrived, they went to work on my car knowing I had a deadline (since my vacation was scheduled) and got me done just in time. Sam dealt with me checking in all the time with understanding. I can't thank the entire team enough for taking care of me.
