Terrible, their skates are absolutely awful and too painful to skate in, and their policy states that they don't offer refunds past 15 minutes so that by the time you realize their skates hurt, it's too late to get a refund, even though you weren't able to do anything. They just want your money and don't care about anything else.

This is unfortunately the only ice rink in San Antonio; the place is dirty, and the employees are weird. The adult employees that sold the tickets ignored my boyfriend and I when we said hello and were ready to pay, they then continued their conversation. Both of the teenagers at the skate rental were on their phones with their AirPods in. The rink is decently big enough, but it's always crowded. Prices are okay if you own skates, but the rentals are so run down and not worth renting.

Very fun! Me and my daughters and her friends went to the ice center for her birthday party it was a delight! They had a great time and definitely are going to want to come back the workers were so kind and there was even a dog. There was a downside though it was only open for 2 hours and they had to clean the ice for like 20 minutes. Definitely coming back!

FILTHY PLACE. Same sticky rings on upstairs table for over 6 months. I finally brought baby wipes and cleaned it myself. The stairs and floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Same clumps of dust, sand, and downright filth for over a year and a half since I’ve been coming here. Blows my mind. Also, they make the players pay for USA Hockey but don’t follow the rules AT ALL so it’s a complete rip off. Isn’t that fraud..? But again. Such an unclean public establishment. It’s such a bummer that we are stuck with this place because it’s the only one in the city.

The mini golf is terrible!!!! We spend more than 50 dollars for 4 people. Expecting to see the place at the way the photos show it on internet… , and oh surprise, no water and super deteriorated. This place sucks!!!
