I had such a great experience at Ice Recovery and Wellness. The space is super clean and the whole vibe just makes you feel comfortable right away. The team Andres and Bradley were both amazing, they explained everything clearly, made me feel at ease, and didn’t rush me at all. I left feeling very relaxed and noticeably less sore. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I showed up for my appointment for vitamin injections which I received multiple confirmation texts and the nurse was a no show and they seemed very confused but offered no recourse for completely wasting my time. It probably is not a great idea to get injections from a place that can’t reliably keep their own schedule.

Ice Recovery is fantastic. The team is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The Infrared sauna is incredible - it helps relax my muscles and relieves soreness every single time. Complement with compression pants for a winning combination. The cryotherapy is also amazing. Besides the awesome staff and great service, the vibe is great.
