They carried out a thorough clean of our air conditioning/heater unit and spent hours on the job, properly investigating and identifying the fault and underlying issues. Paul fitted an AC split unit to my loft conversion. Excellent service from initial phone call. Everything went well and fast from start to finish. No faffing around,as I had encountered elsewhere when getting quotes. His price was fair and the unit was fitted and in service within 10 days of our first conversation. Very professional, guided me on the advantages of the different units and then chose the best location to mount the unit for my house. The work is of an excellent standard and does not impact on my house at all. I would highly recommend Paul and Rob. No more dreading those hot summer nights for us !
