0 stars. I had my $6000 engagement for only 1 month and it is completely warped and twisted. I am so upset! When we went to them to get it fixed they blamed it on me and said I was way too rough on it (I’m an aesthetician btw and I take it off at work). They were very unhelpful and inconsiderate the whole time. They also rarely answered the phone and were very hard to contact. The said they were going to call me 3 times and didn’t, I had to reach out to them. I’m very upset and frustrated. Won’t ever come back here again!

I came to Ice Wave and bought a beautiful chain necklace at a great price. The staff were very accommodating, working with my budget to help me get the 20-inch necklace I wanted and even letting me switch to a thicker one and keep the pendant, all within my price range. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout the decision-making process. I’ll definitely consider them first for any future gold needs. No extra charges for maintenance or cleaning was a great bonus!

Was shopping for a chain and cross pendant for nearly 2 months prior to coming here. Everywhere I went didn’t have exactly what I was looking for or was too out of my budget. Once I entered the store I was welcomed by Lara and Vanessa who had amazing customer service and guided me to exactly what I was looking for. The pendants they had in the store was slightly too big and too small so Lara got to work and made some calls and a few days later reached out and had exactly what I was looking for. When closing the deal I was introduced to Adam the manager who was amazing. Worked with my budget and took good care of a new customer. His personality is someone I would enjoy working with. It is without a doubt perfect for his role. Safe to say from here on out I will be shopping here for any future jewellery. Thanks to the whole team! 10/10

I purchased a diamond cross from this store from Lara! She was extremely helpful and made my shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. It’s been a few months now since purchasing and I couldn’t be happier with it. I come in regularly and they offer to clean my cross to make sure it’s sparkling when I leave. The best thing is that I have lifetime warranty included in my purchase. I shopped around for a few months before choosing Icewave, because they gave me an amazing and unbeatable deal! Highly recommend you check these guys out. Staff is amazing :)
