We only purchase jewelry through Michael hill. We decided to visit this location last weekend for a watch that my husband has had his eye on for quite some time . We dealt with Rosie and the manager . Both were super kind, and extremely helpful. We will be purchasing from this location from now on.

Fantastic client support from Musa. He helped and gave me a superb range of jewellery that I need on the two occasions that I have visited this store to get diamond rings. Just based on the quality of his service, I would most certainly return. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for me, even bothering the manager to get the best discount. Beautiful diamond rings, necklaces, watches for both men and women are available in this store in a variety of styles, and they frequently offer substantial savings. There is also no interest payment plan with them.

I was at the store looking for a simple necklace for my Wedding. Rose greeted me upon arrival and offered assistance. I just wanted to have a look around, so she let me know about where to find things and that she would be happy to help if I had questions. She let me take my time looking around and was there when I found a few necklaces to try on. She listened to want I was looking for (simple for a more casual Wedding) and helped me find what I wanted. She looked up the best price, took my information to sign on to their membership for an even better deal. Rose is so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Thank you for a great no-pressure experience!!

I am a returning customer at this location, I've bought jewelry here for many of special occasions with there life time warranties. I've always used the same jewelr and her services have been above and beyond. I am very grateful. Unfortunately my wife had brought back a pair of earrings to be looked at, she spoke to the manager Eugene who said there was nothing they could do as well treated very poorly. I've been in store with him and I too have felt his judgment and for him to be in the service industry, it's not very professional. So today on my wife's birthday, I've decided to make this gift purchase at People's in fairview mall just next to them and was very happy with my purchase and service. I hope that Eugene receives notice of this review and understands his poor judgment & services has lost there store a valued customer, plus I hope he will treat everyone fairly in the future. May I add the ladies working this store have all been wonderful and I'm sorry I won't be returning to this location. For cleaning and warranty work I have found another store. I've added a photo of today's purchase, it was perfect.

Had such a great experience here. Angela was absolutely amazing. Not pushy and seemed genuinely happy for my bf and I purchasing a ring. We went during covid and she was an absolute doll. Not once making us feel annoying for asking her to go back and fourth with rings. She actually picked this out and my bf and I were sold. Purchased right then and there. Thank you Angela for the great experience !!
