This was a pleasant spot to eat. I've spent 3 years in Okinawa and missed some good Japanese food. This spot was a good substitute being in Anchorage. I'll be going back again, again, and again

The best sushi I've ever had was in Alaska and I haven't visited for 13 years. We had lunch here and had the Miso soup, Gyoza, Boyfriend roll, Crunch roll, and the Baked Salmon roll. The service was wonderful; the ambiance is great because it's quiet enough for conversation. This sushi reminded me why Alaska has the best!

A smaller restaurant with a decent parking lot and plenty of options on the menu. The atmosphere is quaint and inviting and the food is generously sized portions for the price a welcome experience in this economy. The staff is super friendly and polite as well as knowledgeable. and helpful when making difficult decisions.

There was a bit of confusion when I paid my payment had already gone through on my end, but it didn’t show up in their system right away. The staff were a bit tense with me at that moment, which made me feel a little uneasy. Before I left, I politely asked if the payment had gone through and if it was okay for me to go. Instead of receiving an apology for the confusion or the time lost, I was simply told, “I believe you,” which caught me a bit off guard. That said, the food was absolutely delicious—no complaints there
