Bought a sweatshirt. Paid. Looked in the bag while still at the counter and saw the sweatshirt had a snag. Asked for an exchange. No size in exact sweatshirt. Their solution was to to charge me $10 more for another color. No thank you, please refund me. Was told no refunds. Clerk had to call manager who said no refunds. Clerk had to call manager offsite. I talked to manager who told me the item was discontinued therefore marked down. I said it was defective. Defective is different from discontinued. Manager said refund or cancellation of transaction was not possible until I told her I would dispute the credit card charge and leave review. Magically manager walked clerk through voiding the transaction. Impossible became possible! Terrible way to treat your customers and awful for management to put their staff in that situation! Avoid this store!

I get that people can't always afford top dollar and they settle for counterfeits. I myself am one of those people and I am okay with that. But when you sell fake Funko pops and fake Disney pins at more than what they normally cost because you prey on tourists not knowing any better. This is predatory as hell and shameful.

This is a good store with great selection of gifts. I found a poncho for 9.99 and a fridge magnet 5.99.

There are cheaper gift shops down the road with nicer staff. We where shopping there and were about to check out getting some items for family back in Houston. By the register there were lighters that looked like little guns that I liked so I saw one with the colors I liked and test it out and the cashier told me like I was a child not to play with the lighters. I wanted to buy it and wanted to make sure it worked. We just decided to leave and found a gift shop that was cheaper and better selection.

Icon Park has several mechanical attractions.... the Flying Chairs and the Giant Wheel are its main amusement.... It is very family-friendly and a recommended place to visit in Orlando FL.
