It has officially been a year since my DUI, and choosing this law office was one of the best decisions I could have made during one of the hardest and most stressful times of my life. This was not an easy thing to go through. It was overwhelming, emotionally draining, and honestly terrifying at times. After everything that happened, I was extremely skeptical and guarded. I do not trust people easily, especially in situations where you feel judged and labeled. From the very beginning though, my lawyer Sam genuinely cared. He truly rooted for me and never treated me like just another case. He explored every possible option to get me the best outcome and was always there for me, no matter the time of day. I am a huge overthinker, and he always answered my calls and messages with patience and reassurance. He gave me so much peace of mind and made an incredibly stressful process feel manageable. The entire office is kind, understanding, and supportive. They treat you like a human being, not just a case number. At times it genuinely felt like being supported by family. Everything was explained clearly, the process felt smooth, and I was never left in the dark. On top of being amazing at what he does, he is funny, kind, genuine, and truly passionate about helping his clients. I am so grateful to have met Sam and the other girls in the office. They are all absolutely lovely and made such a difficult experience so much easier to get through. If you are going through a stressful situation and need a lawyer who truly cares and fights for you, I could not recommend this team more.

Sam consulted me attentively and with care and eased my mind with finding a way to deal and work with my case so I could receive the greatest outcome. Sam helped me by applying a straight forward process for he and I to follow so we could achieve the desired withheld judgement for my first time offense. We were successful in achieving that being it was my first ever offense and because we followed the steps and guidance that he professionally provided. I appreciate the politeness, the availability, and the help of his staff. I’m thankful for Idaho Legal Justice and their knowledge, their support, and of course for helping me in the way I wanted and instilling confidence in me while navigating the difficulties and confusion of the legal world. Sam came highly recommended and lived up to every minute! All of the process was well laid out and all very appropriate to satisfy the courts. Had some bumps post court and appreciated him and his staff making themselves always available. Overall a very good experience for an unfortunate circumstance.
