I had got rear ended while parked at stop light. End in emergency room with injuries. The lady's insurance didn't want to help me with medical bill so got Craig Swapp & Associates to help. They did the best job making sure all medical bills were paid dealing with the insurance company and keeping me informed every step of the way. I'm so very pleased with their help in claims and I feel they did a wonderful job at every turn of events. I Thank Every at Craig Swapp & Associates. Very nice group of people very professional. If I every need help again I surely would call them again.

If you are in need of a no frills, get the job done attorney, this office is the one for you. That’s what they did. They got the max settlement for my car wreck. The process was only a year. Which was a relief because we were warned it could take longer. My only complaint comes in at the end when I went to the office to pick up the final paperwork. Someone I had never met or spoken to brought me a bag of swag and a folder with the documents. I feel like this experience was acceptable but not exceptional. When people entrust attorneys to be the liaison for traumatic events like car accidents, it would be safe to assume that a personal connection would happen. In the end, I felt like another successful money maker for the law firm and my attorney was just a voice on the phone. The settlement made my losses whole and paid all my medical bills. As stated at the beginning, if you just need representation that will be successful for you, Craig Swapp and Associates is a great choice. However, my one complaint is to make the connection more personal.

Big thanks to Craig Swapp for supporting such a fun and unique event at our local zoo — Roars and Pours! This adults-only evening is one of our favorite events of the year. Being able to stroll through the zoo with a drink in hand while enjoying the animals in a more relaxed, after-hours setting is a rare treat. What makes Roars and Pours truly special is the opportunity to engage directly with the zookeepers. They’re always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to share more about the animals in their care. The interactive animal demonstrations were a highlight — it was so cool to see the animals playing with enrichment toys and clearly enjoying themselves! I also appreciated how many staff members were available throughout the event. It created such an engaging, educational atmosphere while still being laid back and fun. Thank you again to Craig Swapp for making this kind of experience possible for the community. Your support helps bring people closer to wildlife in a meaningful and memorable way.
