We had a fantastic experience with Idaho Roofing Contractors from start to finish. Will Doolittle was a true professional salesperson. He conducted himself in a very polished and respectful manner and always wore shoe covers when entering our home, which we sincerely appreciated. Polo, our Project Manager, was excellent to work with. He kept us up to speed on startdate changes caused by weather and took time to call and discuss a potential problem with out roof design. He walked me through the possible problems it could create, along with the available solutions. We agreed on a change order cost BEFORE any additional work was performed, and there were no surprises or unexpected charges beyond the original contract. The installation crew were equally professional. They worked efficiently, conducted themselves appropriately, and did a great job cleaning up once the job was complete. They even returned the following day to check for any missed nails, debris, or garbage. An attention to detail that really stud out. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and the entire experience. I would highly recommend Idaho Roofing Contractors to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional roofing company. Will Doolittle walked me through every step of the process with patience and expertise, even as I changed my mind a few times before choosing the right shingle and color. Will also went above and beyond by coordinating the scheduling of other subcontractors so my complete exterior update went smoothly. Outstanding quality, excellent communication, and true professionalism from start to finish.

I can’t say enough great things about how this entire process was handled! I would highly recommend using them if you need a roof! Ben told me the truth, no sales pitch, just honesty. I know that because I had several other bids prior to his. Ben was patient, professional and was timely in all of his follow-up! Alex and the crew were very respectful of my property and my yard.
