We have purchased a New Roof from Bartlett Roofing thru their Salesman Devyn Enns , He is a Excellent representative of your company. He followed up with us at least Three plus times to recieve this Sale. The Supervisor of the Job "Chuck " Made sure also Everything on site was done Correctly. The Nine Man crew arrived on time and was courteous and Cleaned Up so well We couldn't tell they were ever on location. We are very please with your Company and Employees and will Refer Bartlett to our Neighbor's for a New Roof or Repair in the Future. Loved all the follow through in this Job.. Bartlett did a great job from start to finish. Samuel coordinated great with me up front. The crew did an outstanding job on the install days. The roof looks expertly installed, and the crew did a good job cleaning up debris.

Oakley did an initial inspection and did a good job of explaining all the options for shingles and roof venting enhancements. My roof replacement involved removing two layers of old asphalt shingles. The roofing crew started at 8:00am and worked hard to complete the roof replacement by about 5:30 the same day. There was an issue that came up with the old gutter covers being damaged. Chuck examined the roof replacement and also the old gutter covers. He assured me it would be fixed. In fact he personally procured new superior gutter guards and installed them himself. Chuck showed concern for getting the job done right, answering all questions and taking care of me, the customer. I really appreciated it.

We had an excellent experience with Bartlett roofing. Alex worked with our insurance adjuster and us to make the entire process extremely smooth. He was with us every step of the way. From the initial inspection and submitting a claim, meeting the insurance inspector on the roof and showing areas of concern, researching the original material availability, communicating research with the adjuster, correlating installation and availability and showing up for final cleanup, Alex was there at every step. If your roof has damage and you're needing some help through the entire process of repair, I highly recommend Bartlett Roofing.

In the Spring, we knew it was long-overdue in replacing our roof. After getting several estimates, we decided to go with Bartlett Roofing…and were not disappointed! Devyn Enns, Bartlett’s Sales Rep, was with us from start to finish, helping us choose the new roof materials and walking us through the entire process. Most importantly, he worked with our insurance company on our behalf. The installation process was smooth and very professional and the crew took great attention in cleaning up after the job. We also had new gutters installed and a great job was done by the subcontractor, also set up through Bartlett. Thanks to Devyn’s professionalism and attention to detail, our new roof was installed with no problems or delays. I recommend Bartlett Roofing to anyone planning to have a new roof installed.
