I had an amazing experience with this driving school. Carlos was my instructor and he was honestly the best instructor I’ve ever had. He taught me exactly how the real road test was going to be, step by step. He was patient, calm, and really made sure I understood everything. I’ve had other instructors before and didn’t feel comfortable but with Carlos, I finally felt confident and prepared. For the actual road test, Hugo was the one who took me, and I definitely recommend him too. He explains everything clearly, tells you exactly what to expect, and goes over every detail just like the real test. No sugar coating he tells you how it is, which really helped me feel ready. Overall, if you’re booking with this driving school, pick Carlos as your instructor and Hugo to take you to your test. You will NOT regret it! Not to mention passed on my very first try!

I am very thankful for Carlos and Hugo. I took my practice driving classes with Carlos and he was a great instructor. Super patient with me and always made sure I understood what he was teaching me. Everything he taught was exactly like it was on the test. Parallel parking, K-turn, reverse, etc. Hugo took me took my driving test and I passed. Carlos and Hugo teach almost the exact same, so I didn’t really struggle with that. Hugo is very kind aswell. He’s very reassuring. Thank you again to both because I don’t think I would have passed without them.

passed my road test at Lodi on my first attempt today and got my very first driver’s license! 🎉 A big thank you to my instructor, Carlos, who was always patient and gave clear, straightforward instructions. He even took me on the highway during my very first class—which was intimidating at first—but it helped me quickly build confidence. I really appreciated how he never minded repeating reminders without any frustration. On the day of the test, another instructor, Ernesto, accompanied me and did his best to keep me calm and relaxed. Overall, I had a very positive experience taking lessons with them and would definitely recommend!

I just passed my road test with the assistance of Carlos, and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor! Carlos was patient, encouraging, and extremely clear in his instructions from the very beginning. Carlos never rushed the learning process he always took the time to explain not only what to do, but also why it was required, which helped me build good habits and confidence behind the wheel. Carlos truly cares about his students and wants to see them succeed, not just on the test but as safe and confident drivers in their everyday lives. If you require an instructor who is professional, respectful, and actually dedicated to helping you improve, I would 100% recommend Carlos to anyone doing their road test!

On Tuesday I passed my road test all thanks to my wonderful instructor Carlos! I had previous experience driving before taking lessons with Ideal Driving School, but the lessons I took with Carlos gave me the skills and confidence I needed to pass my test. He has the patience all students need in order to not only improve their driving, but also enjoy it. His explanations are simple and to the point, breaking down skills into simple steps that are easy to remember and follow even when under pressure during the road test. As someone who struggles with being overly anxious I can definitely say that learning with Carlos will ease your nerves towards driving. Many thanks to Carlos!
