The art and artists at Imagine Art encourage me to look at process within the work. I was typically a texture artist, creating with sensory and form. Imagine Art hosts artists with all manner of disciplines and media. Stop in and be amazed by what’s possible with a few supplies and raw energy!
I think this is a WONDERFUL place for people who have disabilities to express themselves in the arts. The staff there really care about ALL of the artists that attend this community. And there is room for more. He best part about Imagine Art is that they are openly Christian. As a matter of fact posted on a door is a sign that says, “You are what God is doing here”. And the artists can also sell their peace’s as well. I would encourage you to stop by and check it out for yourself. And another plus is that they provide lunch for everyone.
My son is a young adult with moderate autism and loves art. We went to Imagine Art today for the first time. He had a wonderful time with other adults that also love art. He has been very isolated since leaving high school and this is just what he needs. The teachers and other students are all so nice and welcoming.
