My wife, Tara, and I were desperate and needed serious help to adjust our non-immigrant status. There was no way we could pay the fees all at once. Susan gave us an affordable, discounted price with installment plans to pay her fees. She showed us the timeline of approximately six months to adjust our status. We felt assured. We hired her, and our application process started right away. She sent all the updated forms and asked for all the paperwork to fill out well in advance. Before she mailed the document, she reviewed it repeatedly and ensured that everything was perfectly presented. She had applied on August 12, 2020, and we received our Green Cards in the mail by March 1, 2021! Susan was always ready for us, whether we needed to talk to her on the phone, meet her by zoom, pay her in-office visit, or contact her through emails, she was always available. She made sure she arranged that time and answered all of our questions. She constantly updated us with her newsletters on the latest immigration changes. The biggest challenge for us was when the USCIS asked for the RFEs. Susan asked for everything she needed from us. All we had to do was drop the papers off in her office. She took care of the rest from there. She gave her BEST for us not to dwell in the uncertainties and the unknowns. Susan and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone is super passionate on what they do and really do care for their clients. I never had a doubt that they weren’t giving their 100% and that the forms I gave them wouldn’t be submitted. They helped me achieve Citizenship and I will forever be grateful to them.
