TERRIBLE service and car looks worse than when it went it I was told to drive on a conveyer machine even though they say the car must stay in neutral the machine had obvious broke but they are still charging people I was slightly in panic (inside broken machine) and the man told me to shut up because my car is too small it’s my fault AWFUL service actually ruined my morning… please go elsewhere And imagine not refunding me when my car still loooks like this?!?!?!

First time using this car wash and I wasn’t familiar with how the track system worked as I’m a new driver. A particular staff member seemed very impatient and was quite rude while giving instructions, even shoving his arm into my car to steer for me after getting impatient and opening my door to rudely yell instructions when I didn’t understand what he wanted me to do. The wash itself was fine and quite a good price, but the staff could be nicer as the experience left me quite uncomfortable.
