Impossible to reach, I did my taxes with them and they made mistakes on my partners income taxes. The guy said he was not going to owe any money but he ended up owing. I am trying to get a hold of them to obtain a copy of my declaration as I need the number on line 15000, but the phone is not being answered. The voicemail is not even properly set. I even sent an email, but there is no reply. I would not do my taxes here again! Not professional.

Avoid at all cost!!! please read the review and other reviews here and don't ignore them as I did. I used to be a customer for this gentleman for 3 years and things were just going from bad to catastrophic. he will deceive you by pretending kindness but lacks all professionalism and ethics of work here what I can highlight: 1. no quotas he will tell you don't worry and then put a price as he wishes. 2. no deadlines respected I have been asking him for 3 months to avoid missing the deadlines and he was assuring he's on it but he wasn't, until he missed the deadline and ghosted me as he did with other clients (please read the other reviews). 3. no ethics, he claimed that he made federal registration and claimed above 600 dollars but he didn't send me the least a confirmation nor receipt and refused to send me back my money. 4. no professionalism, he simply could not show to your appointment as he did with me multiple times and I have referred friends to him 3 of them told me the similar stories of not showing up to appointments. 5. unreliable: doesn't pay attention to details, I had multiple situations where I found myself correcting him and reminding him about deadlines or necessary papers. I treated him with respect but that was a big mistake please don't do the same and read the other reviews.

They simply didn't show up for an appointment. They responded something incoherent to my follow-up. I believe I dodged the bullet, though, as this situation clearly shows that it's better not to do business with them. ------------ Update and ***WARNING***: This guy tried to harass me by phone after this review, stating that I had "cancelled" the meeting. But he made the mistake of sending me a screenshot from his interface where the meeting is alive and kicking and scheduled right at the time I was at the doors of his locked office. The confusion could've been that I had to modify the meeting one hour ahead, which I did not later than 5 minutes after I scheduled it initially, doing all this through their system and notifying them too. The above, and the fact that they approached aggressively / bent the facts instead of trying to solve their issue and improve on it, is a strong signal that I *did* dodge the bullet with them. I recommend that everyone else consider against using their business.
