They go above and beyond to ensure that our pup gets high quality hikes around the various regional parks in the Oakland area, and have helped him develop essential social skills and recall while off leash. Pickup and drop-off at the house is smooth and seamless and the communication is always relevant and timely. Highly recommended!

We have used In Their Element now for nearly 10 years now. When we started, we were hesitant to think that our dog would be able to hike off leash but with the work and patience of Glenn and his team, we now see the great amount of joy that it brings our dog. Glenn is great in communicating with upcoming changes in scheduling, weather or air quality and he is very responsive via email and/or text. I trust his team and I could not recommend In Their Element more!

I can’t say enough great things about In Their Element! Our puppy, Finney, goes on a hike with CC and her pack every afternoon, 5 times a week! He’s so tired and happy when we get back from work that he basically sleeps until it’s time for bed. We were worried about Finney’s exercise and engagement when we went back to work in person, but thanks to In Their Element (and CC!!), I honestly think he’s even happier when we go to work. Our dog walker, CC, sends us adorable pictures and videos, which only affirm what we know: that he has a blast every day on the trail.
