Ample parking, not downtown, new and clean equipment, never over crowded. Great for building confidence and they don't let you get away with slacking. Great gym and community!

The primary instructors are great and you get a an intense full body workout. They're punctual, the place is clean, welcoming and organized. The noon classes are only 45 minutes, so if you pay per class, I wouldn't attend those. Some of the less experienced trainers don't give enough direction to new members, speak too quietly or have you stay just boxing for 15 minutes, but you don't have these instructors too often. The prices are reasonable too based on the workout you're getting. If you want to improve your fitness and get a killer workout, try ITC!!

The classes are intense and different every time which is great for the routine. Maureen and company are encouraging and positive while training and teaching. The centre itself is clean, fresh and new and a great value for the cost. I'm (right) hooked!
