Yes! Yoga's back! And I'm excited about a new class called restorative yoga on Sunday at 11 am, which I just took this morning. It was an awesome class, and the first yoga class I've taken where I haven't felt sore and achy (NOT In a good way!) at the end. The instructor, Rosa, is very proficient at what she does. She explains every pose clearly and makes sure you are doing each of them right. I came out feeling calmer and taller from the stretching exercises. I would advise anyone who's on the fence about this class to give it a try. Teacher + content = a class that makes you and your body happy. Keep it up, Pilates MB!!
