IYWD is a great shop with a variety of vintage clothing, furniture and decor! They also have a large selection of hand picked consignment clothes that are priced fair! Bonus: there is a coffee shop inside! The coffee shop is adjacent to a cozy readying area. If you are in Bakersfield or traveling through, this place won't disappoint!

If you’re a fan of hidden treasures and timeless finds, the best vintage and antique shop in Bakersfield is an absolute must-visit. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted by a warm, nostalgic atmosphere filled with unique pieces that tell a story. Every corner of the shop feels thoughtfully curated, whether it’s mid-century furniture, retro home décor, or one-of-a-kind collectibles, there’s always something that catches your eye. The displays are beautifully organized, making it easy to browse while still feeling like you’re on a true treasure hunt. What truly sets this shop apart is the passion and knowledge of the owners. They have an incredible eye for quality and are always happy to share the history or origin of an item, adding a personal touch that makes each visit memorable. The shop also features a cozy coffee shop and lounge area, perfect for relaxing with a latte while you plan your next find. Prices are fair, and you can tell they genuinely care about connecting the right piece with the right person. Whether you’re decorating your home, searching for a meaningful gift, or just love the thrill of vintage shopping, this Bakersfield gem never disappoints.

Easily one of my favorite stores in town. I always find something fun no matter what budget I’m walking in with. I love the variety of vendors and their booths and appreciate their unique curations of goods! Definitely something for everyone. One of my favorite stops is in the consignment section. I can tell the Dream Team has a high standard in what they accept and place in that area and I feel that the prices are super reasonable especially considering it’s vintage or even boutique level brands on the floor! Highly recommend this gem often to my friends who like the idea of thrifting but prefer a more curated experience!! A must stop for Bakersfield shopping!

This place and the people in it have a special place in my heart! I have been a patron for 15+ years and also worked for them a few years ago. They are kind, genuine, hardworking people. The new owners, Tina and Gabe, are also amazing people with a true passion for the business. The store couldn’t have gone to better people imo. I have bought and consigned clothes here for many years and I have absolutely no complaints. While there is a lot of inventory to browse through, the gems are there… you just have to hunt! Which imo is part of the fun of thrifting and antiquing! Expectations are high these days with second hand stores and they definitely meet it at the top. Love doing business with them and will continue to suggest them to everyone I know!
