UPDATE: My daughter informed me that the store (possibly the owner) DID contact her and compensated her for the inconvenience. I’m happy with the resolution and personal attention given to her. Happily, I can continue shopping there! I like your store, employees and products, however a situation occurred when my daughter purchased an item to improve her dog's breath....maybe about $29 or so. She bought it and 3 days later you had a sale. She took it back hoping to get a price adjustment and was refused. (It was unopened.) As a result, she just returned it, walked out and told me she wouldn't be shopping there again! Other stores honor a price adjustment within 30 days of a purchase if the item is lowered in price. Your practice needs to conform with retailers in order for you to retain customer loyalty and satisfaction! This has left a bad 'taste' for both of us.

I love this little pet supply store. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We found some durable chew toys for the dog and freeze dried sardines for the cat.

First time in this store. Ashley was helpful! They don't have a bunch of cat food choices but they had a few "better food" options at about the same prices that most places charge for higher quality brands. Their credit card reader was down, they used a square charged my card to a different name than the store, had called to verify the charges from my visit yesterday, today and spoke to Ashley. She put my mind at ease about "JKS ventures" is the name charged to my card.

I appreciate a local family owned business and they have everything I need for our dog. He loves the staff when I bring him in with me and they are also very welcoming and helpful to customers. Great service!

My cat really struggles with hair balls, esp. during shedding season. She typically throws up 1-2 times per day. I came in looking for CatLax (which has worked in the past, but is not the most effective treatment), and the person I spoke with (who I think is the manager) recommended a wet food that contains pumpkin. I gave it a try and it has completely resolved my cats issue! Not only is it of great quality, but my cat loves it! I am so grateful for this shop and their product knowledge/recommendations! Thank you!!!
