Koi Enterprise is a family owned small business located in West Sacramento. It's operated out of the extended property of the owners house. The owner, Anthony, in my opinion, is The Koi expert in the region. They have a very good selection of Koi and Koi pond products. Anthony has been around Koi and Koi ponds since he was 13, when he built his first pond. He was trained by a Japanese Koi expert that even took him to Japan and showed him the ropes. He continues to travel to Japan regularly and bring show quality Koi to the US legally (Vet cleared, quarantined etc). Anthony has been tapped by researchers to lend his expertise and knowledge about the fish on research projects. When you talk about Koi to Anthony, his sincere enthusiasm about Koi is quite evident. I think he is the Koi Whisperer. :) I started my Koi pond project and I was stuck. I spoke to Anthony over the phone and met him at his shop. Initially, I hired him as a consultant. . He kept me apprised electronically about the appointment (reminders etc.) Once he saw my partially manifested idea, he agreed to help me finish it. i am happy of the end product. Bottom line: I wholeheartedly recommend Koi Enterprise for all your Koi needs.
