I have a maintenance contract with this company. My heat would come on on this cold 35 degree morning. I called them when they opened and was pleasantly surprised that they would have someone out later today. Technician Aurelio arrived mid afternoon and diagnosed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company!

Ernesto worked diligently to rule out or pinpoint reason why our air-conditioning monthly bill had increased over50% although challenging he was determined to solve our situation, he did and we are now looking for a lower bill next month. We started using Independent Air a couple years ago. They fixed a very old ac that was on its lasts leg. We were grateful that our ac lasted about 2 more years. It gave us some time to budget for a new system. Joe helped us through the process and pricing. He was open and honest.... I couldn't ask for more....we will use Independent Air forever!! Thank you

Terrible. Had to call them out emergently when getting flooring installed when we found that out AC unit had leaked and ruined subfloor. Ernesto, the lead tech, assured us it was an old leak, cleaned out coils, blew out condensation line, tried MULTIPLE TIMES to sell us a service agreement (while our whole floor is being ripped up) and $370 later went on his way. Fast forward 8 weeks later we notice our flooring starting to buckle up a bit. Call flooring guys back out..rip up brand new flooring only to discover exact same problem. Brand new subfloor destroyed. Call this company again, ask for owner. Owner Joe comes out and swears it's not the AC unit and recommends a plumber. Says NAYBE he can get someone to crawl under house to check condensation pipe three days kater. Leaves Call plumber who crawls under and confirms it is a leaking condensation pipe. Call Joe back, who argues that it can't be, but he will come check later. Comes to check later, is shown PICTURES of the leaking pipe that the plumber took, still swears that's not it. Was extremely rude too but husband. I'll never use them again. We are new to the area and my nextdoor neighbor recommended them. After telling her all of this, she confirmed that they screwed up her job and had to fix it again after Joe gave her a hard time. She has a service agreement with them and I see her unit leaking all over outside. Run!

My Carrier system is 4 years old and recently I used Independent Air who was referred by another AC company and my handyman, when my system stopped working on a late Friday. They came and worked on the system Found the problem, fixed everything and were exceptional. I signed a yearly contract with them. Knowing I needed ductwork their Representative came, went over everything and have finished the work. I now have everything done with a company I can trust. The work performed was thorough and they cleaned everything out and cleaned up after all their work. I’m so glad I found an honest, hardworking Company. They’re family owned.
