This is the type of place you go to that makes you annoyed you ever shopped at one of the big chain stores with the terrible radio ads, or even worse - online retailers. Sean was great to deal with, honest and straightforward. I was looking for a special anniversary gift for my wife but had to stick to a budget. Sean was respectful of that and gave me a great deal on a pair of diamond earrings - better than anything I was able to find online. When I picked them up they were stunning! Do not hesitate to pay this place a visit! I won’t go anywhere else for custom pieces or repairs.

What incredible service! I came to them with a unique request, engraving some Christmas ornaments and they were exceptionally kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. They originally estimated four days for it to be done , but I received a call within just a couple of hours! Not only was the service incredibly fast, but the engraving turned out absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Westmount Jewellers and will be returning ! (Puppy Brooks is also a pleasure to visit with)

I brought my 30 year old wedding in to replace the diamond that fell out several years ago. They fixed it in record time, for a very reasonable price, and did a GORGEOUS job on my ring. It looks brand new. Highly recommend! 😊

Super happy with the service. Had to get a watch battery changed on a dive watch. Although they don't do the pressure testing (I really didn't need it for this change), they were expert at changing the battery and checking and lubricating the seals. The gentleman also provided some excellent advice on dive watches that I had not seen nor considered when buying this one and had not seen online. Price was about $20 for the change (prices may vary pending your particular need), which I appreciate. I would certainly return and consider buying my next watch from them.
