I adore this yoga studio! The staff and environment is very welcoming and friendly. They might not know how important their presence is to me personally on a daily basis. Their classes and friendship have helped me get through some hard days. I love all of them! I totally recommend this studio. It’s truly a home and a family. Love you, Indigo! Thank you for everything. 🩷🧘🏻♀️

I absolutely love coming to Indigo! The classes are incredible, but more than that, the community is amazing. 🤍 I’ve been coming here for a few months now and wouldn’t trade it for anything!

I went to a strtch studio in fort worth and it messed up my hips. It was so painful to sit, lie down and move. I thought it would be nice someone else stretching you. I was being lazy. I have realized that one has to take control of one's own health. Since I have done yoga, my hips have become better and I am reducing my pain medication. Do not go to any stretch studios. Stick with yoga, martials arts or go to a professional like an osteopath.
