Caroline is hands down my favorite instructor! Her energy is contagious, her playlists are always on point, and she has a way of keeping every class both interesting and challenging. I recently joined CorePower and have loved every class I’ve taken so far. In particular, Eme & Kym’s C2 classes have been both challenging and restorative. I started my yoga journey at CorePower after hurting my lower back so bad I could barely bend over enough to touch my knees. After a few CP1 Monday evening classes with Reesh I was able to touch my toes again! My back has improved so much, and I feel myself getting stronger and a little more flexible. The instructors have all been amazing, encouraging, and extremely helpful. I'm looking forward to many more classes at WestBend!
