Industry Beans is one of those places that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left. The location is absolutely beautiful — thoughtfully designed, modern yet cozy, with a relaxed atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable. The coffee is outstanding, clearly high quality, and they also serve delicious fresh juices, made on the spot and perfect if you’re looking for something refreshing. Every dish is prepared with care and attention to detail. But the real highlight is the staff: always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They go the extra mile to make you feel looked after, never rushed, always appreciated. More than just a café, it’s a full experience. Highly recommended ✨

Best brunch we have ever had! The service was amazing and very friendly, kind and smiling. People working here definitely help create a warm atmosphere. On top of that, the food is absolutely amazing. We got Hollandaise eggs and Fritters. They were the best we ever had. A bit spicy, with very fresh ingredients and a very tasty local twist. Made us wish we could find such good food in London. I got a Fitzgerald ice coffee, which has a very soft chocolaty taste from Australian waddleseed! I had not tried it before and it is a must try if you love coffee and chocolate. This was the best cold brew coffee I had.

The coffee here is genuinely fantastic — excellent flavour, well-balanced, and clearly made by people who know what they’re doing. One of the better coffees I’ve had in the CBD. That said, the experience was let down a bit by the service and food. The service felt very focused on continual upselling, which became off-putting rather than welcoming. It took away from what should otherwise be a relaxed café visit. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the coffee. The flavours felt a bit off and didn’t quite come together, which was disappointing given the reputation and price point. Great coffee, but the overall experience could be improved by dialing back the upselling and refining the food.

Our group of 6 had an early weekend breakfast so it wasn't busy at all. When we went past later it was much busier. The food choices were fantastic, plenty of old favourites but with an interesting twist. The Egg & Bacon Roll was delish! Good coffee. Service was friendly and efficient. Love the decor too! Recommend! 👌🏻

The ladies were very attentive and friendly as well as fast. I had the ham and cheese croissant 🥐 which was very nicely toasted however a sparse on the cheese. Hubby had the goat cheese omelette which he said was really good except for the toast which we would have enjoyed more toasted. Unfortunately the toast was very very dry with not even a scraping of butter on it. We asked for more butter (for 2 pieces of bread) and it was delivered almost immediately in a little bowl in the shape similar to what comes out of a piping bag. The amount was so little it actually didn't cover the toast, especially when you enjoy your toast buttered from edge to edge. As far as the cost is concerned, we felt it was very dear, but that is Sydney as usual. Overall a pleasant experience but would suggest maybe really nicely toasted bread and absolutely more butter. The seating is very tight because it's not such a spacious dining area. Beautiful clean and white.
