Indy Event Rentals were amazing to work with for our special day! For our backyard wedding we used their tent, dance floor and chairs! Couldn’t have asked for a better company to go through. They were amazing to work with and communicate with, with any issues or questions we may have had. Couldn’t recommend this company more and will be using for any of our events down the road! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! An absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning - Caleb and his team worked tirelessly with my mom and I while planning my backyard wedding. We felt very confident with them and they exceeded our expectations and then some! The tent was beautiful and the customer service was exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone !!!

Great company & staff Everyone is so nice and easy to work with. Pricing was great for all that you get. This is the only local company I could find that does Wedding bundles. They showed up on time to put everything up & showed up on time for tear down. The tent and lighting were perfect. We had plenty of room for everything we needed, the dance floor also comes in the bundle. Thank you so much for making our night go great!! I highly recommended Indy Event Rentals for any events you have. Especially weddings

We used Indy Event Rentals for my daughter's wedding last weekend. We had a very large wedding reception with several tents and a smaller pop up tent for the food. We aren't from the area so all of the planning was done from a distance, and Kinsey and Caleb could not have been more helpful and patient with trying to meet our needs. They work with your budget and schedule as best they can to make your event a success. It ended up downpouring during the reception and the tents held up fabulously. The gutters took the rain to the side of the tents and everything inside stayed completely dry. The windowed sidewalls looked very classy. Thank you so much Caleb and Kinsey! Rhonda Elder

Caleb and Kenzie, went above and beyond to make our day so special. From the very beginning Caleb was very involved and always willing to answer any questions we had. They made the process so smooth and easy!!! The new farm tables and chairs were the perfect addition to our boho, garden, antique wedding! If I had to do it all again, there is no doubt that I would choose Indy Event Rentals all over! My guests raved about the tent, lights, and the farm tables and chairs! My advice is to book early, you don’t want to miss out on working with them! I will never be able to thank them enough.
