I am conflicted because I have worked with this shop twice. The first time, the shop successfully repaired my dead computer for a reasonable price. I was more than satisfied with this business interaction. The second time, he refused to listen to my instructions or opinion on how to fix an unresponsive external hard drive. After paying him $60. he said it required further analysis and proper work to fix it and retrieve the information on the drive for over $1,000. I took it back, purchased a replacing female USB connector from another shop and fixed it myself for $45. As the saying goes, "you are only as good as your last action." Based on this, I don't know if I would return to this shop.
