I have been going to Sam for years and I leave feeling like a goddess every time! She is the hair remediation master, and on top of being THE best stylist I have ever had the pleasure of trusting with my thick, long, wavy hair, she is the sweetest soul. Forever grateful 🤞🏻🫰🏻❤️

I recently moved to the area and I called a few “curly” salons looking for someone who would cut my hair dry. After hearing multiple “nos”, I found Infora! Sam was extremely attentive, listened to what I wanted, and gave me one of the best cuts I’ve had in a while. Her space is also super cute. If you’re a curly girl this salon is for you!

Tried this salon for the first time. Sam was so professional and welcoming. The Salon is so cute and such a vibe. Having curly hair it’s hard to find someone you trust and knows what they’re doing, but Sam delivered and did such an amazing job! I thought the pricing of the hair cut was affordable, Sam washed and styled my hair. I left smelling great and feeling super content!

I had a very bad experience, unfortunately. I had a consultation first. Explained that I wanted Jenna Ortega curtain bags and not short bangs. I thought Jailine understood me. She cut the bangs too short, unbalanced, and crooked. Even after I showed the crooked v shape, she insisted on denying it. She said she was gonna fix it but kept cutting from the shorter side and made it even worse. Even if it was way shorter than I expected, I wanted her to fix it, but she hurried up. She took the cape out of me in a hurry and panic, and before I got out of the chair, she started charging me on the phone. I was not ready nor happy, and she hurried me up to leave because another client was waiting. I respect everyone's time, but this attitude is so rude and disrespectful to my time and money. In the end, she realized she made a mistake in my hair and offered to fix it in a week for free. But I can not trust her at all. If she was capable of understanding what I wanted, she would have done it in the first place. Everyone can make a mistake. We're all human beings. But how you treat each other matters. I was growing my hair for 2 years, and this was such a disappointing experience. I can send the inspo image and what I ended up with if requested. I am embarrassed to share my hair here. Also, she blows dry my hair without any heat protector. My hair is so damaged right now. In the end, this haircut cost me so much more.
