Today was my first class. Brian was amazing. The whole experience at the studio was top notch. From welcome and checkin, to the instruction during class. I was shaking the whole time-but it was fun. 🤩 I also did the infrared sauna after which was heavenly. The whole studio is clean and comfortable. I felt very welcomed. As an avid gym goer who has tried many different workout studios-I would highly recommend.
