The two main team was on time. They did a good job overall, but we’re not able to access certain Supply vents because they are built into the Hardwood floors. I wish they had pre-warned me about this. I got a slight price reduction of 10% but it really should’ve been more. The return vents that they cleaned were accessible and very dirty, so I am pleased with that part of the job. They said they would return to clean my dryer vent out. We’ll see. Follow up: Integrity returned to my house and cleaned out the dryer then as promised. I am pleased with the work and would highly recommend them. They are honest, reliable, and priced reasonably. What more could you ask for?

From start to finish the team was great! They answered my call late in the evening, were flexible with scheduling, and were incredibly helpful and respectful. David came the first time. He was honest and hardworking. The second time Ty and his partner came and they were also fabulous. They showed up on time and stayed for hours while they worked to unclog a very long vent. Several times I felt bad that the were here so long and I knew they probably had other jobs to get to, but Ty was insistent that they would finish the job. He was professional, kind, and clearly cares a lot about doing quality work. I plan to use them each year.

We had some work done with this group in October of 2025. It was a dual system vent cleaning and a repair of the dryer vent line. At first it seemed ok, even though we found that the tech left a lot of trash and debris everywhere. After two months, we noticed that roaches were sneaking in through the dryer vent again and came to find that the dryer vent cap was not installed properly and was leaving a 1" gap underneath and a half inch gap open on the flap as it wasn't installed correctly. We also found that due to the pipe not being supported correctly, the tape that was used tore open due to the weight of the pipe. (see pictures below) We tried contacting the company for a refund of this work as two months after installation for "repair of vent line" for it to break in this way is unacceptable. We have since repaired the work that this tech did. Avoid these people! 5 stars seems sketchy to me.
