I ordered a standing spray for my great great Aunt's Homegoing. I was highly disappointed. The diameter of the circle was no more than 10" - 12". The cost was $160; using only carnations. ION should be ashamed. I certainly was when I saw it. My family members commented on how pitiful it looked. I will NEVER use ION again.

I ordered roses and chocolates for my Pastor's birthday which is a once-a-year occasion. While the roses were delivered, the chocolates were completely forgotten. I received a refund and an apology, but that didn't make up for the disappointment of an incomplete gift on such an important day. I've worked with many florists over the years and this has never happened. I expected better service and some form of compensation beyond a basic refund. The arrangement looks nothing like what I ordered. Very disappointing experience with FTD.
