Nice clean rooms, clean toilets. Water, reception area. Near to tram stop out side central library. Ideal meeting place, well lit feels safe around immediate vicinity plenty of people around.

Historical building,unfortunately not a lot of original features left. Very pleasant and helpful staff at reception. The rooms are rented out to various organisations for meetings, seminars etc. They do provide catering, on a tiered price system. Coffee was drinkable and I am an afficionado when it comes to the beans.

I love this place cause it survived 2 world wars, it was moved after the arndale bombing. My great great grandfather owned the now bar/restaurant. You can see him in the photo. I'd love to know what happened to the clock.

Attended a seminar here and it was a nice place. Very clean and comfortable lighting was good. Rooms seemed a decent size. They were expecting 30+ people about 22 turned up, 30 might have been a little cramped. Reception was very helpful in directing me to the correct room. Refreshments supplied were nice too.

Great conference and meeting facilities. Wonderful and very helpful staff. Great lunch spread. All on time. Rooms were ready and set up as described in the brief. Thank you to the staff. I'll be booking this venue again for future meetings.
