I had an excellent experience here. The screen of my iPhone 11 Pro Max was so damaged that it could no longer be used. I left the device for repair, and in just 30 minutes it was ready. I highly recommend their service!

The Face plate cracked and the phone was not responding to commands. We made it to the store 45 minutes before closing time and he was able to fix it in time.

Great experience… 🙃if your goal is to turn a perfectly working phone into a much bigger problem. Really frustrating experience.🙄 Came in with a fully functional iPhone 13 Pro for a simple screen replacement. Walked out with “SIM failed,” no signal, and two days of inconvenience trying to fix something that didn’t exist before. Apparently, it was suggested that this might just be a coincidence or a SIM issue. Interesting timing, considering everything worked perfectly right up until the repair. After going back and forth (without a working phone, by the way), I ended up at the Apple Store, where they restored the signal without any issue. So yes, problem solved — just not here. If you enjoy wasting time, money, and a bit of patience, this might be the place for you. Paid for an aftermarket screen and got attitude for free. Would not recommend.
