Amanda took the phone call and was extremely pleasant and helpful. She contacted a technician and called me right back to say they could fit me in today! Within 30 minutes Gary and Cody showed up and solved the emergency leak we had. 10 STARS. Fast and friendly!

What a great experience from the moment, they called me back this morning promptly through the scheduling and everything else. There were two gentlemen out here today Steve was with our technician doing some training. Both of them were extremely polite, kind, and through. I always try to stay local and I’m glad I did. You guys are great. By 1 o’clock everything was done installed and my family is back to normal because you guys came in put the water heater in promptly cleaned up after yourselves. Good service is hard to get but you guys do a great job

Very pleased with Gary's work. He was on time for the estimate and then on time again to do the installation. Gary went above and beyond. Informed me that the gas venting was never connected. He fixed that situation as well as installing a new water shut off valve and installed a drip pan and sensor. He also picked up our new water heater on his way to do the job. Gary was very cordial and professional. I will recommend Ira Hansen and Sons to everybody I know. Thank you so much Gary. You rock!

Chad was amazing!! He called to tell us he could come early if we wanted. He was personable, polite and professional. He explained the details of what was wrong with our faucet, ordered new parts and put them back in , in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with his service and politeness thank you so much Chad!
