I’m incredibly thankful for Gabriel at iRepairNM. After my brother, who was only 20 years old, passed away, I needed to recover important and irreplaceable items from his laptop. Apple told me the only option was to delete everything. Gabriel took the time to listen and, within just a couple of minutes, was able to save all of the files without deleting anything. I’ve been here at least 2 or 3 times and each time I have received exemplary service. The most recent visit, they were able to take care of my screen repair for my work phone very last minute and completed my repair very quickly. Great group of techs! I thought replacing a laptop key would be easy. I ordered a kit and the key replacement should be simple. Not so fast. It turns out these keys are mounted to a tiny plastic hinge and they only go on one certain way. This is where the incredible iRepairNM comes in. I called in around Christmas and they told me to come right in! The only mistake I made was walking out the door after dropping it off. It turns out they had key replaced within minutes of me leaving! How cool was that!! So if you have a computer or phone you need repaired, give Isaiah and the friendly team at iRepairNM a call. You won’t be disappointed!
