My wife came here last week to get her battery replaced on her android. She received great service but upon pickup, her screen was acting up and having issues. She went back the next day and they were quick to help with no hesitation. I guess the vendor where they buy the batteries from has had this issue before. They replaced the battery once again and the screen at no charge and the phone has been working flawless since then. This store deserves everyone’s business and they have great integrity. Highly recommend Pro Phone Repairs!

Kyle and his team absolutely killed it! We needed to get a laptop screen repaired in a narrow window of opportunity…college kids in town for winter break and still trying to schedule classes with their machine…Pro Phone Repairs was able to fix the screen on just a couple hours…it works great, looks great and was a reasonable cost. Go here! These guys are great!
My iPhone 11 was ran over by a vehicle. I was in need of a front screen and back glass replacement. I called pro phone repairs to schedule an appointment. I was able to get an appointment same day within an hour of scheduling! When I arrived, the location was neat and clean, the employee was very punctual and friendly. The employee went over the cost of the repairs as well as the repair time. He told me it would take 20 minutes for him to replace my front glass and he would have to order a back glass since the purple one was out of stock currently at his location. I signed my waiver acknowledging my warranty and he answered any questions that I had. I sat down and waited and 10 minutes later my phone had a brand new screen on it and looks like it had never been ran over! I was given a clear phone case for free so the back glass doesn’t cut up my hands while using it and waiting for my replacement to come in. Thanks for the fast and friendly service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
