Iron City Elite is the gym I’ve been searching for! I’ve tried other gyms where I worked out on my own and didn’t see the results I’m seeing here. The classes are well-structured and give you a full-body workout, and I like the small class sizes. The trainers are attentive and make sure your form is correct, while also adjusting exercises to match your level. This makes a huge difference and helps me get the most out of each workout.

This is my 3rd week and I’m loving it. It is exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for something more structured than just going to the gym by myself and I’ve found it. There is a set routine each day and the group is small. My biggest class has been 6 people with most being fewer. So it’s almost like having a personal trainer cause the coaches keep an eye on you and help with form but without the cost of 1:1 training. All of the coaches have been pleasant and great. They were very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. The burns can be a little intense but it’s a very positive environment and you are just encouraged to do your best.
