The number of attendees was managed properly, there was enough time to view the property, and questions were handled professionally without anyone feeling rushed. It immediately stood out as a much smoother and more respectful process compared to other inspections we’ve attended recently. What we appreciated most was the communication. At every stage, Jennifer was clear, responsive, and on top of things. When we called to ask for an update on the status of our application, she took the time to explain the process calmly and transparently, which we genuinely valued.
