The office was inside the Wework. Something unpleasant happened when i went to take keys but the manager soon followed up and made improvements in their system. Very professional and friendly service. Thank you!

We had a very positive experience with this agency, particularly with Jennifer Liu. From the outset, the inspection was extremely well organised. The number of attendees was managed properly, there was enough time to view the property, and questions were handled professionally without anyone feeling rushed. It immediately stood out as a much smoother and more respectful process compared to other inspections we’ve attended recently. What we appreciated most was the communication. At every stage, Jennifer was clear, responsive, and on top of things. When we called to ask for an update on the status of our application, she took the time to explain the process calmly and transparently, which we genuinely valued. There was no pressure, no vague answers, just clear and considerate communication. Whether the final outcome of the application goes in our favour or not, we felt it was important to share this experience. The way everything was handled made us feel respected as applicants, which unfortunately hasn’t always been the case elsewhere. Given some of the poorly managed inspections and lack of communication we’ve experienced with other agencies, this was a refreshing and reassuring experience. We’re very satisfied with how professional and organised the process was and would happily recommend this agency based on our experience.

I had a great experience with Ironfish’s leasing specialist, Louis Liang. Last Saturday, I attended an inspection with him at the Brickworks Apartments. He was very professional and had excellent knowledge of the property. Louis guided me through the application process and always responded quickly to my questions. He even followed up with prospective tenants who hadn’t shown up, showing his dedication and care in leasing the property.
